Money should not stop a good solar job. Here is what Sunlectric offers installers, and how your customers can pay for their system.
For installers: credit up to 30 days*
Our standard terms are advance payment against a proforma invoice. For select customers we offer credit of up to 30 days.
- It is decided case by case, after a conversation with us and a credit check.
- It needs a signed credit agreement.
- It is not automatic with any partner tier.

We are also working on tie-ups with banks and NBFCs for installer working capital. Partners will be named here once agreements are signed.

For your customers: rooftop solar loans
Homeowners under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana can take a rooftop solar loan from public sector banks at a concessional rate, linked to the RBI repo rate. On 31 August 2026 the rate was 5.75% a year, for up to 10 years. Loans of up to about ₹2 lakh cover systems up to 3 kW; banks lend more for 3 to 10 kW systems on their own terms.

How your customer applies:
- Register on pmsuryaghar.gov.in and choose a registered vendor.
- Apply for the loan through the portal, which connects to the bank.
- Submit the quotation and documents the bank asks for.
Rates, limits and margins change and differ by bank. Always confirm the current terms on the portal or with the bank before quoting a customer.
The papers we give you
For every kit, ask us for the documents banks and the subsidy portal usually ask for:
- Quotation and proforma invoice with the full bill of materials
- Module and inverter datasheets
- DCR certificates and ALMM details for DCR modules
- Serial number list with the tax invoice
